PUL-E-KHUMRI, Afghanistan, Nov. 12 (Xinhua) -- Seventeen people were dead and six others wounded after a minibus veered off a dusty road and fell down in a ditch in Afghanistan's northern Baghlan province on Tuesday, a local official said.
