TOKYO, Sept. 5 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. dollar changed hands in the mid-111 yen zone early on Wednesday in Tokyo.
At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 111.45-47 yen compared with 111.43-53 yen in New York and 111.45-46 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. on Tuesday.
The euro fetched 1.1587-1588 dollars and 129.14-15 yen against 1.1575-1585 dollars and 129.05-15 yen in New York and 1.1568-1570 dollars and 128.93-97 yen in Tokyo late on Tuesday afternoon.
