Chicago soybeans fall in reduced holiday volume

          CHICAGO, Dec. 22 (Xinhua) -- Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) agricultural commodities opened mixed in morning trading with soybeans falling in reduced holiday volume, as the trade prepares for the Christmas holiday.

          March corn were up 0.75 cent at 3.52 U.S. dollars per bushel as of 1550 GMT in the morning trading, March wheat was up two cents at 4.285 dollars, while March soybeans was down three cents at 9.55 dollars.

          For the week to date, the grains have gained on the complex. CBOT soybeans are down around 18 cents, while corn is up 3.5 cents and wheat up 8.5 cents. Soymeal paced the soybean selling early week with a drop in palm oil prices sparking new sympathy selling in soy oil on Thursday. Enditem
